Lean Management Consultation (ENG/FRA) – 1h

An hour-long meeting with me involves the following agenda:

1. Introduction: I would introduce myself and inquire about the client’s business, current operations, and areas of concern or interest.
2. Understanding the current state: I would ask questions to assess the current state of the client’s operations, identify pain points, and evaluate the level of understanding of Lean Management principles.
3. Discussion of Lean Management principles: I would provide an overview of Lean Management principles, such as value stream mapping, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and visual management.
4. Identifying improvement opportunities: Based on the understanding of the client’s operations and Lean principles, I would suggest potential improvement opportunities and discuss how these could be implemented.
5. Action plan: Me and client would work together to develop an action plan, including specific steps to be taken, timelines, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.
6. Q&A: I would provide an opportunity for the client to ask any remaining questions and clarify any doubts.

Overall, the goal of the meeting would be to provide the client with a better understanding of Lean Management principles and practical advice on how to improve their operations.
